Trust for London – Specialist Immigration Advice

Service Offered

Southwark Citizens Advice Bureaux provides immigration advice at generalist level to people who live, work or study in Southwark. Our generalist immigration advice is OISC accredited at level 1.

We also have a specialist Immigration caseworker, funded by Trust for London, who is accredited at OISC levels 2 & 3 and can offer a service to clients who have more complex Immigration issues.

Who the service is for

For specialist Immigration advice we can advise people who have lived in the UK for less than 10 years, and live in the London boroughs of Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley. Exceptionally, we may be able to offer advice to clients who have resided in the UK over 10 years.

How to access the service

• Clients can attend one of our Bureaux drop in sessions at either Peckham or Bermondsey for an initial assessment of their issue.
• Clients can be referred to us by other agencies
• Clients can make contact with us over the telephone or by email
