Service Offered

Southwark Citizens Advice Bureaux Service provides general advice and information on all subjects; including welfare benefits, consumer, employment, housing, debt, health, education, community care, immigration and family matters. The service is free, confidential, independent and impartial.

Our specialist LSC adviser provide advice to clients who are on benefits or a low income and entitled to legal help on Welfare Benefits matters.

Our specialist LSC Debt adviser provide advice to clients who experiencing financial difficulties.

Drop-In Service

The drop-in advice service is available to anyone who lives, works or studies in the London Borough of Southwark. No appointment is necessary to attend a drop-in session. We will try to see you as quickly as possible to assess how we might help you. We may arrange an appointment for you to come back to see an adviser.
